SILENT DISCO WORKOUT - Happy Hour w/ MECHA Fitness at St. Julien Hotel

MECHA Fitness, St. Julien, and Sound Off Colorado Present: Happy Hour Cardio/HIIT Style Workout Classes with MECHA at the St. Julien Hotel this Summer 2023. Book today as this will sell out fast, and only takes place for 2 more Thursday Evenings at 5pm outside on the lawn by the Hotel Gazebo.

Only $20 will get you your own headset needed for class. You will be able to hear the teacher and fun music, while the outside world hears nothing. If you love working out, or simply love music, it is such a fun and unique experience you must try. After Class enjoy FREE LIVE Music and discounted food and drinks at the St. Julien Bar and Restaurant.

Taught by the very talented teachers of MECHA. This 50 minute class will be a combination of MECHA-style cardio and strength. We will perform various squats, lunges, core work and upper body work for 40 minutes with a 5-10 minute cooldown & stretch.

Bring your own mat, towel, and a water bottle. We will provide the resistance bands, music headsets, and workout fun. See you there!

Parking - There is an Underground Garage with a $3 Flat Rate Fee for anything after 3pm. St. Julien cannot validate. Street Parking is not free until 7:30pm in Boulder. You can pay through the meters, but St. Julien CANNOT valid for this event.

A FREE option is the parking at the Justice Center. Only 2 blocks West of the St. Julien.
