Conscious Dance in Nature

Join us for a joyful experience of dancing in the midst of nature at Radwell Meadows Country Park with a silent disco. Let the music inspire your movements as you connect with the earth beneath your feet and the sky above.

We celebrate the vibrant colours of autumn with movement, mindfulness, and community. Come as you are - all of you is welcome. A safe space to be your authentic self and let go of worry of what you look like, following what brings you joy.

Conscious dance is something you can't get wrong, you just tune into your body and see how it feels like moving in that moment. Stillness is also welcome.

This event will go ahead in most weathers apart from extremes.

A moderate level of fitness is assumed - we will be meeting at Radwell Meadows Country Park car park then finding our dancing spot a short distance by footpath - please get in touch before booking if you have access needs.

Please note we will be moving on uneven ground (there may be rabbit holes!) and this is under your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for injury.

Please bring:

• Appropriate clothing including a waterproof, layers and footwear for rough ground
• Water bottle
• Something to sit on and rest if you want, or to store discarded layers e.g. a plastic bag
• Umbrella or hat to keep the headphones dry if rain is forecast.

Suggested Donation £5 - £15 depending on income

About the organiser:

I am a certified EFT (Tapping) Practitioner and Circle Leader with a lifelong respect for nature and a love for being outdoors. I prioritise enjoyment in life after overcoming chronic health issues, and have found freedom and embodiment in conscious dance. I would love for you to join me!
