IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RENTING HEADPHONES

Terms & Conditions of Rental:

The silent disco will run from 5.30 - 9.30.

Dance time is subject to demand but you are guaranteed at least 1 hour with your headphones.

SECUIRTY:

Please note a credit card will be required as security for the headphones:

We have a digital check in and check out system for the headphones. . You will be asked to add your cell number and swipe a credit card to check out your headphones. Nothing will be charged at this time only held.  If the headset/s is lost, stolen or severely damaged (unusable) you will be responsible for subsidized replacement cost of $75 per headphone.

RAIN & INCLEMENT WEATHER:

The headsets CAN NOT be used in the rain. In the event of rain or storm if safe please boogie under our tent or return your headsets until the poor weather has passed. Check with the event hosts for more information.

DON’T DANCE TOO FAR AWAY:

Please stay within the Big Little Sound Area to ensure clear working sound.

SAFE DANCING

Please be mindful of your personal safety and the safety of others while using the headphones . The headphones decrease your ability to hear regular noises on the street and your surrounding area. The headphones are also fitted with a volume switch so you can adjust the sound to an appropriate level for your safety and enjoyment.

Photographs and/or video will be taken at today’s event. By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organizer.

All attendees participating in a Silent Disco do so at their own risk and waive any liability claims against Big Little Sound when they agree to rent the headphones . This includes personal injury as well as loss, damage or theft to any participants property while they are participating in a silent disco. Any child under 12 years must be under supervision of an adult at all times.

These headphones DO NOT work as normal headphones , they only connect to our silent disco equipment.

By renting a silent disco headphones you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
