Silence the shame is pleased to partner with the Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church to offer Conversation & Care: Building Whole Health & Wellness Together, a free self-care experience including yoga, mindfulness exercise, and a panel discussion addressing the intersectionality between faith & mental health.
All community members are welcome to attend. This event is NOT exclusive to members of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Light refreshments will be provided. Parking is free.
