About this event

Are you curious about synth DIY but not sure where to start? Do you like the idea of making your own gear but have never picked up a soldering iron? Then come along to our inaugural beginner-friendly synth DIY workshop - we’ll teach you to solder and you’ll leave with an Atari Punk Console synth that you’ve built yourself.

Hosted by our resident technician Kyle and Izaak from Toadstool Tech, this workshop is aimed at beginners - no prior experience is necessary and you don’t need to bring anything.  We’ll start by teaching you the basics of soldering and letting you practice your technique before building an Atari Punk Console kit (which is included in the entry price). It’s a super-simple DIY noisemaker circuit that’s ideal for beginners.
