Siblings will always be a sibling. Their experience of growing up is not always the same as their peers. Sometimes they feel forgotten as they get brought from one appointment to another appointment to another appointment...for their sibling who has a disability. Sometimes their activities or playdates are interrupted.

Sometimes they feel afraid.

Sometimes they feel great.

Sibshop is a space for Siblings only. Their space, their conversation. A space to meet other young people in the same situation.

This event is organised by Down Syndrome Kilkenny, but is open to all regardless of the disability involved.
