Sibling Class 2017
Wed, April 26, 2017, 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM EDT
Our sibling class is geared toward a variety of ages and prepares young children for the arrival of their little brother or sister. Here, children will talk about what a new baby means to them, learn what babies are able to do, watch a fun educational video, learn to change a diaper and will be given a sibling certificate at the end of class. This course also includes a tour of The Dr. P. Phillips Baby Place, so big brothers and sisters can see where their new siblings will be born. We often find that “older” children (10-11 years old) are great class helpers for our younger students and grandparents are also welcome to attend.
Location: 2nd Floor Medical Library ( Corner of Lakemont Ave. and Aloma Ave.) unless otherqise noted
What to bring: Please have each child bring their favorite doll or stuffed animal to practice changing a diaper.
