A Pediatric Orthopaedic Symposium Commemorating the work of Dr. Edward Miller
PURPOSE OF THIS ACTIVITY
The purpose of this activity is to enable the learner to identify pediatric musculoskeletal deformities that need referral, the optimal times for referrals and available resources for their patients.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Pediatricians, family-practice physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, school nurses with clinical responsibilities including a focus on pediatric practice.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
4.0 contact hours will be awarded to nurses for successful completion. Shriners Hospitals for Children-Chicago (OH-395,8/1/18) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. ANA-Illinois has designated ONA as the official approver of CNE Providers and activities for Illinois.

What is the refund policy? Refunds, less a $10 administrative charge, will be given until March 24, 2017. Cancellation of this program by Shriners Hospitals for Children — Chicago will result in a full refund of tuition.
