Coach Kev is excited to announce his 8-Weeks to Shred Spring Fitness Program

The program is intended to help you jumpstart a new fitness program or to take your current program up a level.

This program is designed to help you get the most out of your nutrition and your workouts to help you make some great physical and nutritional changes in your health and wellness. The program is easy to follow and will provide you the guidance needed to get into some of the best health and physical shape.

I took some of the best practices, foods, and exercises used personally be me and ones that are staples in the fitness industry. Plus I decided to add some of the supplements you can choose to add, and finally, I created Meal Plans that I will be able to customize for you for an 8 week period to give you the best results while fueling your body properly.
