REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY

If you are no longer able to attend RLDC, you may transfer your registration to another classmate or colleague. The deadline for registration ticket transfers with lodging is March 6, 2018. After March 6, 2018, no substitutions will be accommodated. Registration ticket transfers without lodging requests need to be received in writing no later than March 29, 2018 to allow time to process the transfer. Please send all transfer requests to registration@shpe.org.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations on or before March 6, 2018, 50% of the registration will be refunded. For cancellations after March 6, 2018, no refund will be issued. Any request to cancel registration must be submitted via email to registration@shpe.org.

When is the Early Bird cut-off date?

Wednesday, March 6, 2018 is the final day for Early Bird ticket rates.

Can I purchase more than one ticket?

While you may use one credit card to purchase more than one ticket, you must enter the required information for each individual ticket holder.

What if I am registering as a group through my University?

Chapters requesting group registrations can follow the link. They will be contacted shortly after filling out the form.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

In order to limit registration check-in wait times, please bring your printed ticket.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is business attire during all conference hours. The RLDC banquet will require cocktail attire.
