In the first part of this workshop, you'll learn about The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace and how to truly and effectively show appreciation in ways that are meaningful to the recipient.
In the second part of this workshop, you'll learn why it's important to help employees grow and develop specific strategies on how to do so.
