About this event
Installment 1 (September 17, 2022): A stroll to learn about Austin's trees and plants that involves a Park Ranger guided talk
Installment 2 (October 15, 2022): A stroll to learn about Austin's animals. Dive into learning about how trees/plants create habitats for animals with a special Activity by the City of Austin’s Own Conservation Coordinator, Ashleigh Cibelli-Pettus.
Installment 3 (November 19, 2022): A stroll to learn about Austin's insects and an activity related to the butterfly life cycle led by Junior Rangers.
Installment 4 (December 17, 2022): A stroll to learn about Austin's rocks and minerals . There will be a scavenger hunt and a presentation by Ashley Cibelli-Pettus, an Environmental Program Coordinator with the City of Austin
Installment 5 (January 21, 2022): Come watch a movie in the conference room at Pleasant Hill Branch Library about cultural food with special treats
