Welcome back to Short Film Saturday! This week's episode features Nigerian filmmaker, Tolulope Olamide Ajayi and is presented in partnership with Nollywood Week Paris and Shock NG!

Nollywood Week Paris:　NollywoodWeek Film Festival is an unique film festival that transports you to Nollywood’s universe through the latests films from current Nigerian directors. This year, festival goers will also be able to view some of the latest films from the Black Diaspora. For 4 days, film screenings, Q&As, conferences, materclasses and networking sessions will be on the menu along with other exciting events.

Tolulope Olamide Ajayi: Tolu Ajayi is a prolific film director and TV Producer. His award winning films and produced TV shows have earned critical acclaim in film festivals and agency award competitions in Nigeria and internationally. His first and widely acclaimed short film ‘Blink’ was shortlisted for the Signes De Nuit film festival in Paris, featured on IndieWire andAFRIFF 2014. ‘Closed’, the short film directed by Tolu won Bronze at the Loeries 2018 and Gold at the Pitcher Awards, West Africa. He is currently a Director on MTV Shuga, an award winning Pan African TV series. Tolu leads Saga City Media, telling African stories and creating branded content for leading African brands.

Focus: This short film tells the story of a day in the life of a young man. But a second darker story builds just beneath the surface, can he see what's coming?
