Shopping for Self-Confidence

BouTEAque, Shopping for Self-Confidence Boutique will be held at the La Jolla Community Center. This event will be a Saturday afternoon of English tea, mini tea sandwiches, the finest crumpets, cookies, and shopping for all ages and genders. You will have the chance to enter raffles to win prizes (purses, jewelry, spa packages, designer clothing), and shop at various boutiques set up throughout the venue. This will be a great opportunity to snag thank you gifts for teachers, new summer bags, jewelry, graduation gifts and more!

The Fashion Show: Three local San Diego designers will host our fashion show that will allow them to market and promote their upcoming fall and winter clothing lines. Our participants are invited to stay and watch the engaging show with the opportunity to purchase any of the items that strike their fancy. A percentage of the proceeds from fashion show sales will be donated back to Children’s Smiles to continue their mission of restoring self-confidence in children who have been abused, or through a traumatic event.
