Shop Local 4th of July Showcase
Tue, July 4, 2017, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CDT
Spend your 4th of July in Pearland Town Center enjoying the shopping, food and live entertainment, while at the same time supporting the small businesses and local charities behind our big city.
Parker's Cup is hosting a shop local event on July 4th in Pearland’s most elite retail district. Inspired by entrepreneurial spirit, it was created to help build connections between Houston-area consumers and the companies, consultants, artists, artisans and crafters who serve them.
Featuring a handpicked, highly curated outdoor “market” of more than fifty vendors from around the region, housed in the heart of Pearland Town Center booth-presenters are expected to span the retail spectrum including sellers of clothing, crafts, original artwork and home designs, jewelry bath and beauty products and other preferential accessories.
The event is dedicated to gathering Houston's growing small business community and supporting local charities by connecting locally conscious consumers with sellers from around the city.
By buying from vendors based in the Greater Houston or Gulf Coast Regions, area residents stand to benefit from the economic incubation effects of active participation in the local marketplace.
When we support our local charities, we are ALSO supporting our local economy! Just like small businesses BUILD the backbone of the city’s financial future, community-focused nonprofits form vital support structures for citizens BUILDING the own better futures…
Organizations like Houston Area Women's Center help put people back on the right track so they can get back to the work of supporting their families, helping their neighbors and contributing to the overall GOOD of society.
We want to help DO GOOD too. That’s why we’ve partnered up with some of our favorite future-building nonprofits, helping to raise funds for better tomorrows!
Here are a few local charities that will be benefiting from ourJuly 4th event through partial-proceed profit donations:
Enslaved No More
Houston Area Women's Center
The Wade Smith Foundation
The Walk for Mental Health Awareness-Houston
Please consider taking the time to support them individually by visiting our Eventbrite page, completing the free registration form, then simply choosing an organization and donation amount.
You can contribute as little as a dollar and still make a difference...because, as we like to say it, even small change ADDS UP!
There is no fee for admission, and entertainment will be provided throughout the course of the event.
