Take a break from your busy life and discover the calmness that is always present in you, through meditation.

Discover inner peace and happiness by spending half a day with us, away from your incessant daily activities.

This retreat offers an unique opportunity to practice meditation in a peaceful environment with guidance from an experienced Mindfulness practitioner.

Requirements

  1. Silence is observed during the entire retreat.
  2. Comfortable clothing (Yoga/stretch pants)
  3. Pair of socks
  4. Sitting cushion
  5. Yoga Mat
  6. No phones allowed during the entire retreat.
  7. Prior meditation experience not required.
  8. Guidance will be provided to all participants.
  9. You may be asked to attend an online session to prepare for the retreat.

Retreat is offered free of cost to all participants.

Volunteering

We welcome your assistance in setting-up the venue prior to the start of the retreat. As this entire event is run with help from volunteers, your assistance will be highly valuable and we accept it with gratitude.
