IMPORTANT: The Valley Inn & Snowy Owl rooms do not have full kitchens. However, they have a limited number of rooms with kitchenettes (fridge, microwave, hot plate) upon request. These hotels also have the best discounted rates.

What is Shine Conference?

The Shine Conference is a great opportunity for women from New England network churches to come together to have an encounter with God, connect with other women, and have a lot of fun along the way. Shine exists to equip and empower women at each stage of life to understand their true worth and to build a strong identity in who they are in Jesus Christ. We believe that there is true beauty in womanhood and that there is something beautiful that happens when we gather together united under one cause – to make the name of Jesus known. Shine is a place where you will discover how you can know God in such a way that inspires others to do the same.

Are there minimum age requirements for the event?

Our Shine Conference is designed for women over 18 years of age. And while we love our children, this time is important for us women to connect with each other and grow deeper with God so we can be the best woman, wife, mom, friend, daughter that we can be.

How do I reserve a room?

This year we are selling conference only tickets. This will allow you to decide how many people you feel comfortable staying with. Contact your roommates and call to reserve a room at one of the hotels listed above. If you are new and do not know anyone, talk with your campus pastor and they will help find you roomates!

What if I don't know that many people?

You are not alone. We have all been when we didn't know a lot of people, but then we met some amazing people and friendships grew. Reach out to your Pastor/Campus Pastor and see if there are other women looking for roommates.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Registration for the conference will begin, Thursday at 2PM. Carpool options are often available and can be coordinated with your roommates or others from your campus or church. Each hotel has its own parking lot. It is a short walk or car ride to the event center where our sessions will be. Plan to either walk or drive to the conference sessions.

What can I bring into the event?

The best thing to bring to the Shine Conference is friends! Share our Shine website to your friends: www.ShineConferenceNE.com During the conference sessions, it is important to bring a Bible and notepad to follow along and take notes. There is an indoor pool at the athletic center, so bring a bathing suit if you are interested in relaxing by the water. There are food options in the Town Square center, but many of the rooms are equipped with their own kitchen. Most kitchens include a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. Please, confirm with your hotel when booking your room.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. We will not accept any refunds for any reason after Sunday, April 7th.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please, bring your paper ticket or have your email confirmation ready on your phones to check-in at our Shine registration tent upon arrival. You must check in at the ice arena before you go to your hotel.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you are unable to attend and you are gifting your ticket to someone else you are able to transfer the information. Please contact info@shineconferencene.com so we can update the attendee information.
