We are hosting a workout for all fitness levels to raise money to support Suicide Awareness & Prevention in memory of members of our immediate and extended FitFam. Free will donations can be made through Eventbrite or in person the day of the event with all money raised beign donated to the cause. Non-Members are welcome, please arrive at 7:30 for registration.
