Shindig – A Festival of Vegan Living!
Event Information
Description
***Due to the weather forecast, Shindig has been cancelled this year.***
This year’s festival promises to be a great time for friends and family with lots of exhibitors. Chef Linda will conduct cooking demos and the kids will love the hayrides around the grounds. And best of all is spending time with the rescued farmed animals!
Speakers
We've lined up three terrific speakers this year:
- Demosthenes Maratos, Communications Director at the Sustainability Institute at Molloy College
- Rae Sikora, co-founder/co-director of Plant Peace Daily and co-founder of VegFund
- Kathy Stevens, Founder and President of Catskill Animal Sanctuary
