About this Event

Whether it’s conflict in a romantic relationship, family drama, or a challenging co-worker - the struggle is real. Studies show the biggest predictor of your happiness and fulfillment overall in life is the health of your relationships.

Join SheHive Partner, Robin Breckenridge, a Certified Life and Relationship Coach for this five-part group coaching series designed to help you experience life and relationships from a healthy alignment by taking you through the world-renowned PIVOT process (www.lovetopivot.com) which uses individualized curriculum with proven high-impact results.

This series has been thoughtfully designed and created with informational content in a small group setting which will allow for application and individualization. Space is limited to 6 people. For maximum benefit please commit to attend all sessions.

Note this class meets on Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:30 pm for five weeks.

February 12: Self-Esteem Through Self-care. Take a look at how you are currently showing up for yourself emotionally, physically, intellectually, financially, and spiritually from a place of reality. Create an individualized self-care plan that will immediately improve your life and relationships.

February 19: Circle Boundaries System. Learn a personalized boundary system that will immediately stabilize your feelings about important but difficult relationships (spouse, family members, boss, etc.) and lead you to know exactly what to do next with each person in your life from a healthier perspective.

February 26: Survival Patterns. Take a brief look in the rearview mirror and identify the patterns that get in the way of your ability to create and maintain healthy relationships and how to re-parent wounded parts of yourself.

March 04: #HealthyAdult. Get to know your Healthy Adult and begin to access your highest good – the healthiest part of you. Live your life from a higher level of consciousness.

March 11: Define Your Attachment Style. How you attach with others is crucial to understanding yourself in relationship. Define your “go-to” attachment style and learn how to utilize all of the tools acquired in the series to live a more relational and healthy life.
