Description

Shibashi Qigong is designed to improve your general health and wellbeing. The gentle rocking motions and stretching movements improve circulation and digestion. The chest exercises and controlled breathing are good for lung conditions and asthma. The overall effect of the exercise is to reduce mental stress and physical tension of the body. This Qigong is very effective and easy to learn. The gentle movements doubled by the rhythmic breathing are suitable for people of all ages. It can be practiced sitting or standing. It is practiced around the world by over 10 million people, and is considered a national health exercise in Malaysia and Indonesia. Personally, I love this form and find it to be very powerful. Come and learn Shibashi with me over six weeks, every Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. beginning November 7, and ending December 12/18. Each lesson you will learn 3 movements and have lots of time to practice each one. At the end of the six weeks you will have learned the all 18 movements and be well on your way to experiencing the beauty and health benefits of Shibashi qigong.

Please wear comfortable clothing and indoor non slip shoes.
