What could be better than a delicious Spanish meal? A rich and flavorful glass (or two) of wine alongside, of course! Join No.9 Park's Chef de Cuisine, Scott Jones, and wine manager Melodie Reynolds for an evening of celebrating one of Spain's noblest wines - sherry! You'll learn the history and process of making this historically fascinating fortified wine. As Melodie guides you through a flight of these magic wines, Scott will prepare delectable bites that will make your taste buds sing. You'll leave the class with a warmth in your belly and a smile on your face from the beauty of these Spanish treasures!
