Please feel free to arrive a little early to spend some quality time with the goats and get some good goat pics! Please bring your own mat and water bottle...also, if you can carpool for the sake of parking spots that would be great!

Meet Lucy:

Lucy Kells completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification Program through Kali Yuga Yoga in the spring of 2013 after 10 years of practice. She immediately began teaching, and continued to deepen her study of yoga by attending Yoga Journal Conference in San Francisco, January of 2014 as well as practicing while traveling to London, New York, New Orleans, Florida and Maine. In 2017, she completed her 300 hour yoga certification through Vira Bhava Yoga to obtain her 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). Additionally in 2017, she took a pilgrimage to India to practice yoga, immerse herself in the practices of Ayurveda, and soak up the culture of this spiritually filling country. As a teacher Lucy hopes to share the beauty and joy that yoga has brought to her own life. Most of all, she strives to make yoga fun for students.
