Event Details

Due to an overwhelmingly large number of requests for a Tableau workshop, She Loves Data and ARQ Group are hosting a Tableau Data Storytelling workshop.

What's Tableau?
Tableau is a visual analytics platform that helps people and organisations to be data-driven. Data and information is a “second language” (Gartner) and Tableau makes it easy for everyone, from Data Scientists to anyone who’s traditionally not dealing with data, to interact with data and to support decision making in everyday business scenarios. As per this article – “If we expect data to support every decision a person in business makes, we need to equip that person with the skills and confidence to make data work for them”. Tableau helps facilitate this enablement. Innovative companies such as Tesla, Netflix, Spotify and Airbnb has deployed Tableau in their organisations. Tableau has also been utilised by the United Nations and WWF globally to make the world a better place to live.

And what about Tableau storytelling?

Storytelling is a prominent Tableau feature. You have the data—but what story does the data tell? Learn how data stories can be used to communicate with decision makers, and how your data stories can be used to impact lasting change.
