Objective:

Equip the client with a powerful understanding of today’s SHE2030 macro-women’s movement, its stakeholders and the thought leadership area that they will own in their engagements, press, partnerships and investments

About:

Women's Empowerment Expert & Accelerator Claudia Chan offers an exclusive, one-day workshop program for female leaders or executives to enhance their understanding of today's women’s movements and how their corporation can empower women in the SHE2030 macro-women’s movement and accelerate change. The program is designed to immerse corporations into the women’s social change space by providing expertise of today's women's empowerment landscape of media, influencers, conferences, movements and their drivers. Through this workshop, your corporate women's initiatives and its respective leaders/spokesperson(s) will develop a method to fit into this landscape as a thought leader & movement owner and gain insights and introductions to cultivate strategic relationships and visibility among key audiences. This program aligns the company’s CSR program with the global goal of gender equality to be achieved by the year 2030 set by the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Many companies and their leaders are scattered or inconsistent in their speaking and social cause activities wasting time and money in their engagements, partnerships and investments

Workshop Agenda:

Based on company’s CSR vision, strategy and goals--this workshop will include an overview of the events/conferences, media channels and influencers, SHE2030 women’s movements current landscape, and the influencers/drivers (women, nonprofits, small to large brands) of these movements. Areas of discovery:

  • Where does the brand fit within the landscape?
  • Who does the brand cultivate strategic relationships within the next year?
  • What talks and speaking engagements & naming will align best?
  • 4-6 key introductions in SHE GLOBL’s network of influencers/organizations (high leverage-more A list) within the landscape
  • Define organizations in SHE GLOBL’s network who reach brand’s target female customer profile brand’s marketing/PR team to engage to drive the customer acquisition this year

Cost/Structure:

- $15,000 - 1 Day Workshop (6 hours in-person plus 1 hour lunch break; location is provided by the client or SHE GLOBL can rent a space in NYC for a $300 venue fee); homework may be provided by prior. Abbreviated custom versions of this work can be purchased as:
- A Half Day (3 hours in-person) for $8250
- A package of 6x 1-hour call sessions for $7500
- A package of 6x 1-hour call sessions for $4500

Post Retreat Delivery:

Claudia Chan will provide within a week+ of the retreat custom deliverables based on the client’s greatest needs discovered from the workshop and a final 1-Hour call to review.

  • Relevant introductions or resources
  • Personal leadership homework and skills to develop
