Description

Objective:

Empower a corporation’s female executive to RISE to her highest potential as a leader in the organization to create and drive a movement subject matter inside and outside the organization – that will ripple affect change for and LIFT the corporation’s triple bottom line (people, profit, planet) in the long term.

About:

Women's Empowerment & Leadership Expert, Claudia Chan, offers an exclusive 1-on-1 coaching program with senior corporate female executives to unleash their internal and external leadership. Claudia’s unique coaching style is rooted in holistic leadership development and personal growth while igniting the executive’s “highest potential” in driving the movement and mandate assigned to her -- both inside and outside the organization. This program aligns the female executive with the global goal of gender equality to be achieved by the year 2030 set by the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

WORKSHOP AGENDA:

We will define SPECIFIC difference/change the corporation wants to affect for the movement subject matter within 14 years by 2030 that make this corporation the right entity to affect this change over anyone else – that is in alignment with the executive’s values to what we need to cultivate/remove so the executive herself can unleash her impact.
