When to Leave
Because of reduced TSA staffing and a fast-growing metro area, Austin-Bergstrom Airport (AUS) advises that you arrive two (2) hours in advance of your flight. Before you book your return flight, remember that Nov. 11 is Veterans Day... you might want to enjoy your holiday weekend in Austin.

Because of credit card company policies, we don't issue refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another guest up to 72 hours prior to the conference. Using the email address you registered with, send the new guest's information and email to email@example.com. Allow at least 72 hours prior to conference start.
