Event description
Creating Culture In a Complex World

About this Event

Who is this for?

Leaders and members of teams creating tech products or services of any kind. Anyone interested is welcome to attend, of course.

About the Presentation

In today’s world of exponential complexity and high stakes, cultivating optimal culture is hard. And scaling culture as a company grows is even harder. Retention for tech company employees is the all-industry lowest at an abysmal 1-2 years. And as far as consumer trust goes, well, suffice it to say things aren’t great.

The world needs us to do better. And we can.

In this interactive presentation, we offer a vision for the benefits of optimal culture achieved through team transformation. We will discuss how collaboration is the building block of culture and walk through correlating leading and lagging performance measures. Most importantly, we will explore and practice a framework to help your team identify, design, and develop skills that shape and sustain an optimal culture -- one that achieves greater team performance and organizational benefit.

The presentation will end with Q&A. And you'll leave with homework for practice and resources for further exploration.

If you would like to join Barry, Kresten, and David for further discussion over lunch at 12:30pm, a lunch ticket will be available at checkout.
