Description

Join us for JenBOD360: Balance & Shred, an exclusive class for women training for the SHAPE Women’s Half-Marathon. The class will be taught by Jen Widerstrom, television star and Consulting Fitness Director of SHAPE Magazine. After opening with body optimizing breath work, Jen will take you on a 30-minute bodyweight bootcamp circuit that will end with a mindful mobility session. All levels welcome!

Please bring your own water and mat. If you do not have a mat, one will be provided for you on a first-come, first-served basis. Class will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please arrive at 5:45 p.m. to check-in, show proof of race and class registration and sign a waiver.
