Join us at 6:30pm on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the NYRR RUNCENTER for our SHAPE Half Bootcamp! This exclusive class, created by Brave Body Project founders – Amber Rees & Lindsey Clayton – is the third and final class of the series specially designed for those training for the SHAPE Women’s Half-Marathon.

Please wear sneakers, and bring your own water and mat. If you do not have a mat, one will be provided for you on a first-come, first-served basis.

Class will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive at 6:15 p.m. to check-in, show proof of race and class registration and sign a waiver.

What is Brave Body Project? It’s a 45-minute, fast-paced, dynamic, full-body hybrid workout combining strength training and cardio. You’ll alternate moving as one to a beat-based rhythm of a curated playlist and then move through muscle sculpting sections set to your own pace and tempo.
