We warmly welcome you to a day retreat to rejuvenate uplift and energise your being.
We will provide an inspiring environment for the nourishment of your body, mind and soul. This will include sanskrit Mantra, Yoga Ecstatic Dance to Live Music with djembe drumming. Opening the voice singing together sacred chants accompanied by live guitar harmonium dholak and djembe. Deep relaxation to Gong meditation.

Haverstock School is opposite Chalk Farm tube station: one stop north from Camden Town on the Edgware branch of the Northern Line.
Buses 168, 393, 31 and 27 stop nearby.
There is no parking at the school. There is plenty of on-street parking in the area, but some streets around the school and towards the centre of Camden are restricted to residents parking only.
Strongly influenced growing up, within a Hindu household with sacred mantras, he combines his knowledge of movement, mindful meditation and sound. With his unique blend of Shakti Dance, Yin Yoga, Eastern Philosophy, Dirish create's an inspiring, dynamic and elevating setting.
Consistently exploring his yoga practice for more than 10 years, he has been trained internationally by world renowned teachers. This has created opportunities which has allowed him to share his wealth of knowledge through his international retreats in India, Bali and Greece. His work is mindful, fresh and rejuvenating.
Antarma's music spreads joy and uplifting energy. Heart opening songs on guitar, ecstatic Afro Brazilian Djembe Rhythms, Soul, Reggae and Hiphop.With the blessing of his Guru In South India, he shares Mantra and Meditation. He has 10 years experience teaching Djembe Drumming, Kids Yoga and Guitar lessons.Antarma plays at events, retreats and festivals across the UK. He is regularly invited to hold workshops and concerts Internationally in Switzerland, Italy and Malaysia.
Aloka residing from India, sings beautiful mantra’s full of devotion. Her music is supported by the Sruti of the Harmonium. She has been chanting sanskrit mantras since early childhood and is also a trained Hindustani classical vocalist. Aloka with Antarma leads weekly community mantra and meditation sessions. These sessions include group singing with harmonium and dholak drum beats.
