Haverstock School is opposite Chalk Farm tube station: one stop north from Camden Town on the Edgware branch of the Northern Line.
Buses 168, 393, 31 and 27 stop nearby.
There is no parking at the school. There is plenty of on-street parking in the area, but some streets around the school and towards the centre of Camden are restricted to residents parking only.
Dirish comes from a creative arts background and injects this creativity into his classes. His work has been described as inspiring, rejuvenating , mindful and dynamic. A qualified teacher in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Shakti Dance and leads Gong baths. He focuses on the breath, alignment bringing you to a state of inner peace and still point in your spiritual practice.
Antarma shares his joyful music through the universal essence from uplifting soul, reggae, and hiphop. He is also inspired from the deep roots in Indian and Afro Brazilian sacred traditions. Antarma also leads community Sanskrit mantra and meditation sessions, which includes group singing with harmonium and dholak drum beats. He also teaches kids yoga, Chi gung, percussion and guitar, one on one and in groups, across schools, community centres and empowerment projects
