About this event
This interactive dance-theater program tells a colorful story about peace between lands, as a conscious choice.
The program includes:
• a short dance performance to introduce the audience to Iranian dance
• an interactive session, teaching some of the Iranian movement vocabulary to the audience, and a short choreography to a small group of volunteers.
• Performance of the piece “The World of Rainbow”, a 15-minute dance-theater piece performed in the style of contemporary Iranian dance, accompanied by brief narrations between the sections. The dance-theater piece will end with an interactive finale.
• Q & A session.
