Coffee Break Description
Are you using this free, easy-to-create, yet incredibly powerful tool to gather information and solicit feedback from students, parents and other teachers?
From Forms 101 ("What is a form and how do I make one?") to more advanced features like add-ons, come learn about the power and possibilities of Google Forms in education. More than just theory, we'll create working forms you can use on Monday (be sure to bring your laptop or Chromebook). Teachers and administrators, join us to see how Google Forms can transform your classroom or school.
We are pleased to have Brent Coley serve as the Facilitator for this Coffee Break. Brent has been an educator in Southern California for nearly two decades as both a teacher and administrator. A firm believer in the power of collaboration and sharing.
Mr. Coley is passionate about educational technology. Whether it's digital storytelling, math review videos, podcasting , or digital (iPod) flash cards, he's always looking for new ways to incorporate technology into education.
His philosophy regarding educational technology boils down to this: a) technology has the "cool" factor for students, and b) kids are already using tools like smartphones, iPads, and the Web, so educators should do everything they can to leverage this technology for educational purposes.
We're looking forward to Bret sharing his passion and expertise with us. Learn more abour Brent at his website.
