SFVR #9 was huge, but for our 10th official event it's time to go even bigger. SFVR #10 will be located at Mighty, one of San Francisco's largest nightclubs with capacity for over 400 virtual reality developers, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts.

Leap Motion - Our technology senses how you naturally move your hands, so you can reach into the world beyond the screen – in virtual reality, augmented reality, Mac or PC.
Lili Qiu, University of Texas, Austin - We have developed a system, called Champion Air Tracker (CAT). A unique advantage of our scheme is that it achieves high tracking accuracy using the existing hardware already available in the mobile devices (e.g., smart phones and smart watches) and equipment to be controlled (e.g., smart TVs or smart glasses). Our evaluation and user study demonstrate that our system achieves high tracking accuracy (e.g., median error of around 1 cm) and ease of use.
SpaceVR - We are sending a 360-degree camera to the International Space Station (ISS) to collect footage that anyone can experience using virtual reality headsets. With SpaceVR, now anyone can be an astronaut!
Greenlight VR - Greeenlight VR contains more than 1,000,000 fully verified data points on Virtual Reality professionals, projects and companies. Our customers use our data and insights to discover developer talent, keep an eye on industry trends, do competitive research and find potential clients.
RalphVR - DayDream Blue is our first project, and won Gold in the Oculus Mobile VR Jam.
Virtual Reality Discussion Groups - Micah Blumberg - Micah is SFVR’s new Facebook Lead and also runs two of the most popular VR Facebook groups in the world. Additionally, he is an aspiring 360 filmmaker. Come meet the latest member of the SFVR team!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This is a 21+ event.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Public transit is highly recommended! We're a 15 minute walk from 16th St. BART. We can also be reached using several bus lines including the 22 and the 9. There is some bicycle parking in front of the venue. Alternatively, the neighborhood has pretty good street parking available.
Are there ticket discounts?
