SFDA Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Training Event
Event Information
About this Event
Please join us Monday, January 11, 2021 to learn more about services and resources for survivors of sex, child sex and labor trafficking in the Bay Area.
We will hear from a survivor who will share their story and experience, a panel of service providers in San Francisco working to build relationships and provide services to survivors and from a panel of service providers working on legal issues for survivors.
Speakers from the SFDA's office, the SF Public Defender's Office, Asian Pacific Islander Legal Association (APILO), Huckleberry Youth Services HART program and others will join us for this great learning opportunity.
The training session is open to all public service and community-based organizations working with survivors of human trafficking. Criminal justice system employees, medical and mental health system partners and non-profit service providers encouraged to attend.
This event is FREE but space is limited so sign up today to reserve your spot.
