What is the dress code?

We always encourage folks to dress in a way that makes them feel comfortable in a professional setting and confident enough to share what they have to bring to the roles they're applying to and ask any questions they may have.

Who are the volunteer employment mentors?

Volunteer employment mentors are the superstars who volunteer with the Employment Services department and support community members during our Drop-In Hours.

Our employment mentors have experience in recruiting, management, or HR in a wide variety of industries and are excellent resources!

Question 3

What can I expect the day look like?

Accepted Answer

When you arrive (between 11a and 1:30 pm), you will complete forms to register, sign up for an optional 15-minute meeting with an employment mentor, and then talk to a hiring manager for the SF Giants about positions or departments you're interested in and learn how to apply.

Can I get help with my resume or interview prep before the event?

You can join us for our Drop-In Hour on Thursdays from 12 p-1:30 p either online or in person.

Please see our Eventbrite page to register for our virtual Drop-In Hour or stop by the center between 12 and 2 pm on Thursday.
