FAQs

What's the refund policy?
The event is RAIN or SHINE and all ticket sales are final; there are no refunds.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, IDs are checked for age verification, not for the name on the ticket. (Note: you can also transfer your tickets into someone else's name via your Eventbrite account.)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We strongly encourage bringing a printed ticket for faster check-in.

Why is there no designated driver option available?
Non-alcohol ticket options are always subject to significant abuse, unfortunately, and at an event this size, it is impossible to police these options without outstripping resources and greatly impacting the event's viability. As a result, only the one ticket type can be offered.

Can I bring outside food into this event?
Unfortunately, no, you cannot bring food in. We do have food vendors who will have food for sale available.

What can you tell me about the beer being served?
As a kick-off to SF Beer Week, brewers will be rolling out many new, rare, specialty and collaboraiton releases for the Gala. Well over 300 beers are expected to be tapped, with over 120 breweries pouring. There will be plenty of great beer flowing throughout the night.

Will Pliny the Younger be served?
Yes. Our friends at Russian River will be bringing Younger from Santa Rosa for the Gala!
