Keynote Presentation

Join Courtenay Enright, VP of Business Resilience, as she provides a detailed look at exercise design and incorporation of your third party vendors. From preparation through execution, Courtenay will walk through considerations and issues you should consider when designing your exercises. Do you strive for all-inclusive exercises of not only your critical staff? Want to truly test your plans, processses and procedures with more robust inclusion of those you depend on for goods and services? Do you wish to understand interdependencies in an exercise rather than during an event? Then you need to be a part of this month's meeting on Exercise Design with Your Third Party Vendors! Take your scope, improve participation and buy-in, realize the organizational impacts and vulnerabilities that can be mitigated by involving your third party vendors.
