Event Details

A two hour training for human resources professionals, investigators, attorneys and employees regarding sexual harassment prevention. Participants will learn the basic protections provided by the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), how to recognize and avoid sexual harassment, employees’ and employers’ duties under the FEHA and the legal remedies available under law. This webinar is compliant with Government Code section 12950.1


Greg MannGregory Mann is a senior staff counsel with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing where he litigates employment and housing discrimination claims before state and federal courts. Prior to joining the DFEH in 2009, Mr. Mann gained extensive trial experience handling cases concerning employment law, complex business litigation, and intellectual property law. Mr. Mann is a 1998 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He earned his bachelor degree in economics and sociology/anthropology from DePauw University.

The Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH or Department), California’s civil rights agency. The Department takes in, investigates, conciliates, mediates and prosecutes violations under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Disabled Persons Act, Unruh Civil Rights Act and Ralph Civil Rights Act. The DFEH has five California offices in Elk Grove (Headquarters), Bakersfield, Fremont, Fresno and Los Angeles.
