Seven Sisters Hike

Meet-up Point: Seaford Esplanade (eastern end, at the start of the coastal trail)
Getting There
• By Car: Free parking available at Seaford Esplanade
• By Train: 10-minute walk from Seaford Station to the meet-up point
Hike Details
• Route: Seaford → East Dean (via the Seven Sisters cliffs)
• Return: Bus from East Dean back to Seaford
• Distance: ~8 miles / 13 km
• Difficulty: Moderate – expect some steep ascents and descents along the cliffs
• Duration: Around 4 hours walking + 1 hour for lunch/photos/rest
• Start Time: 10:00am
What to Bring
• Water
• Packed lunch/snacks
• Suitable footwear (sturdy walking shoes/boots recommended)
• Extra socks (we’ll be wading across Cuckmere River at low tide)
• Weather protection: rain jacket, sunscreen, hat, and layers (coastal weather can change quickly)
