Robin Adkins, PHR, SHRM-CP is a Human Resources Consultant for Integrity HR, Inc. In her role, Robin provides human resources support to consultants and clients. This includes but is not limited to recruiting and staffing logistics, managing new hire onboarding processes, coordinating new hire orientation, analysis and critiquing of HR documents for accuracy and compliance, and employee relations.
In addition, Robin specializes in psychometric and behavioral assessment programs helping organizations identify, recruit and retain top talent as well as understand what drives and motivates their workforces. She is a certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and facilitator of Everything DiSC® as well as holds several product certifications in Profile XT and Disc.
