Event description

Description

Have you wondered how to integrate light, motion, or interactivity into your visual art? Or are you tech-inclined and curious about the artistic possibilities of basic micro-controllers? Arduino is a great way into exploring technology-enabled creative work. This session will help you to get started with Arduino, and give you some time and resources to begin your own project. Please bring your own laptop!

C4C Sessions are informal, explorative, hands-on experiences led by Pitt people with a passion for creating. You do not need to be a professional to lead a Session, and participants need no prior experience in the topic. Amateurs and beginners are welcome: all you need is an open mind and a willingness to play! All materials and supplies are provided.

Free and open to all members of the University of Pittsburgh community: students, faculty, and staff.
