El Pájaro CDC is offering a training and testing session on the Servsafe food saftey manager certification. This certification or its equivalent is required for Commercial Kitchen Incubator clients, additional partners/ employees who will be working in the kitchen must have a ServSafe Food Handler certification. The class is open to the public The training and testing is an all-day event beginning at 8:30 am. Feel free to bring lunch and snacks.
You must register, pay and pick-up your materials for the course before the training. Please arrange to pick up book before at least three weeks before the training so you will have time to study. Please note that if you do not pass, you must purchase a new testing form and arrange to retest with a certified proctor.
