ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Training & Certification
ServSafe® Manager Training is a food safety training and certificate program for anyone working in the food industry. This program is based on the recently updated ServSafe® Manager 7th Edition covering all aspects of food safety from receiving to serving.
Training & Certification Information
The training and certification is $155 and is offered for two consecutive days: Tuesday, May 22 and Wednesday, May 23. Space is limited. Lunch will be provided.
This is a 15 hour instructor led live training and includes the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination (2 hour exam time.) Upon successfully completing this program and passing the exam participants will receive a ServSafe® certificate and a Level Two certification from the Ohio Department of Health.

A practice test along with additional information will be sent electronically within 48 hours of payment.

A textbook is strongly encouraged. ServSafe Manager 7th Edition Book can be purchased at www.servsafe.com for $50.50 plus shipping.

Students will need to bring a tablet or laptop as the exam is administered electronically for instant results.
