Description

Colorado Food Code for food producers requires each food establishment to have at least one Certified Person in Charge (PIC). This PIC has the responsibility to oversee operations of the establishment and its employees. ServSafe is a nationally recognized comprehensive food safety training that fulfills the Colorado Food Code requirement and provides certification for Food Service managers as well as Colorado Cottage Foods producers.

Textbook and study materials will be provided in advance of class. To promote success in passing the exam, you are strongly encouraged to review the text before training day. Cost will cover cost of textbook, study materials, test, proctoring as well as lunch on Wednesday. Spanish text and study materials available on request.

Preregistration is required for this interactive classroom style Certification class. Participants who score 75% or greater will obtain a certificate valid for five years.

**Pre Registration is REQUIRED 7 days in advance.**

This is a two day class: Wednesday, 8:30 am to 4 pm (lunch is included) and Thursday, 9 am to 1 pm. (lunch is on your own).
Cost:
$120.00 for the class, text book, exam and lunch on the first day.
$80.00 for additional business associate (same site and employer) no text book

$35.00 additional fee if choose online exam, in place of paper exam.
