The Food Handler’s course is a a complete overview to meet the critical food safety components for restaurants, catering operations, food venders, and foodservice operations to address the top five risk factors identified by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in foodborne-illness outbreaks nationwide. This program covers five key areas:

- Personal Hygiene
- Cross-contamination & Allergens
- Time & Temperature
- Cleaning & Sanitation
