RESEARCH AND JOURNEY MAPPING

This one-day workshop provides a mix of theory and practical activities enabling you to better understand the behaviours and experiences of customers and/or staff sharing the resulting insights in an engaging journey map. This workshop will help you to:

- Use maps to support customer informed decisions

CONCEPT GENERATION AND PROTOTYING

Join us to learn about the theory and practice of generating, prototyping, testing and refining concepts for improved customer and staff experiences. This workshop will help you to:
