This September, we're trying something different.
A World Café-style evening where your real projects become the foundation for meaningful conversations.
How it works:
- Small group world cafe style deep dives
- Four themed tables – from exciting projects to current challenges
- 20-minute rotations – meet everyone through simple, structured conversations
Bring a project or challenge you're working on to share and get fresh perspectives
No presentations, just dialogue – genuine peer-to-peer learning in small groups
Whether you're sharing a current struggle, a recent win, or just absorbing insights from others, you'll leave with new connections and practical takeaways you can use right away.
Who should come? Service designers, CX professionals, UX designers, researchers, strategists, product managers, and anyone working at the intersection of human needs and organizational systems. All experience levels welcome - bring your questions and stories!
When? Friday, Sept 26 | 7–9 PM
Where? Duke of York Pub (Annex, Toronto)
How much? $5 (just enough to keep the lights on)
Limited numbers for intimate conversations and deep dives.
See you there!
