1. Marc Fonteijn

Marc founded Service Design Show to empower CX professionals.He is always curious about how things work; not just the technological aspect, but the people themselves -- what moves them, what makes them happy, and what brings them together. He’s a strategic thinker who designs for growth, developing services for organisations that serve as a first step in cultivating sustainable relationships with their customers. Service Design is his means for achieving this goal.

Marc was busy blazing trails early in his career. After completing his degree in Software Engineering, he focused on developing mobile marketing solutions. Marc is also one of the co-founder and Strategy Director of 31Volts, a Service Design bureau that designs products people love to use, and services organisations are proud to provide.He played an active role in the birth of Service Design in the Netherlands by founding 31Volts and was one of the initiators of Service Design Netwerk Nederland.

2. Suneet Kumar

Suneet is the founder of Dignify Lab, a systems and service design firm. He graduated from the National Institute of Design, India as a Design Strategist. He specialises in applying design to immensely complex fields spanning various sectors including global banking, social development and health technology, among others. His work is focused on comprehending and designing complex systems with a keen focus on human dignity. His firm, Dignify Lab is a step to pursue his long-held dreams of evolving the field of Service Design by integrating it with Systems Dynamics, thereby developing new ways of understanding the nuances that go into creating something as fluid, dynamic and complex as a service. Also, he promises that he isn't as boring as he appears, and places the blame solely on his glasses.
