About this Event
Sometimes called guided imagery or visualization, guided meditation forms mental images of places or situations you find relaxing. You try to use as many senses as possible, such as smells, sights, sounds and textures.
Our practice begins with a Chi-gong grounding exercise followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. This meditation is curated specifically for folks who are sober and sober curious.
